Open your run at startup button and type "services.msc" (without double quote)

Please disable this list of service which useless

Delete all file at c:\windows\prefect , but keep the folder.

On the desktop click you right mouse at My Computer, choose advance and performance and adjust best performance.

Restart and look the result, for your attention sometime best performance make little bad appearance.
